Frequently Asked Questions
What programs are offered at AZ Dreams?
AZ Dreams offers recreational gymnastics (Preschool to School-Age), Ninja training, Competitive Team gymnastics, School-Break Camps, Birthday Parties, Open Gym, and Kids Night Out in Prescott Valley, AZ.
What ages and experience levels can join?
We welcome athletes from walking toddlers through teens. Programs range from absolute beginners exploring movement to advanced competitive gymnasts training for regional meets. Preschool gymnastics starts at 18 months, recreational classes run from age 5 up, and Ninja is offered for ages 5–14. No experience is required to start — beginners are placed in age-appropriate classes.
How does beginner class placement work?
New students are placed by age first. Preschoolers move through Tumble Tots, Adorable Acrobats, and Busy Bodies; school-age beginners start in Champions and progress to Dynamos and Energizers as their skills grow. Coaches assess placement during the trial class and recommend the right level — not every child follows the same path, and that's by design.
How do trials and class registration work?
New students can book an introductory trial class online through our iClassPro portal or by contacting our front desk at (928) 759-3435. Coaches assess placement during the first visit to ensure your child thrives in the right skill group. Enrollment and tuition are completed in the parent portal after the trial.
What should we expect at the first class?
Arrive a few minutes early so your child can get comfortable. Wear comfortable athletic clothing (a leotard is great for gymnastics but not required), bring a water bottle, and leave jewelry at home. A coach will welcome your child, assess where they are, and place them with the right group. You're welcome to watch from the viewing area.
