The people behind AZ Dreams.
Analiza
Analiza is passionate about creating a safe, empowering, and joyful space for kids and families, blending creativity, community, and high standards to help athletes grow in sport and in life. A high-level gymnast with over 15 years of coaching experience, she is an optional coach at AZ Dreams and specializes in beam. She's driven by building confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of belonging—on and off the mat.
Heather
Heather has been with the gym for the 15 years it has been open. Born and raised in Prescott, Arizona, and the mom of two daughters, Heather has trained with Olympic-level coaches, participated in national staff camps and National Gymnastics Congress, is a registered Professional Elite-Level Coach with USA Gymnastics, has coached thousands of athletes, and has helped 12 gymnasts earn full-ride gymnastics scholarships.
